Module 3 of Physics of Life concerns life in fluids.

Life itself is a fluid phenomenon, and nearly all life lives embedded in  fluid environments: air or water.

Fluids transmit forces and do work, and so living in fluids is a form of biomechanics. Fluids do this through the agency of viscosity and momentum. The same cleverness applies to fluid biomechanics, and these videos explore some of these.
